The invention belongs to the technical field of PCB processing and especially relates to a conveying device for precision electromechanical PCB machining. Problems that most of traditional PCB conveying devices are simple in structure, and protection treatment on PCBs is general are solved. A transport vehicle body is included. A fixed frame is fixed to an outer wall of a bottom end of the transport vehicle body through bolts, a sliding cavity is formed in the bottom end of the fixed frame, a mounting box is slidably connected to the inner wall of the sliding cavity, a buffer mechanism is mounted on one side, opposite to the mounting box, of the transport vehicle body, and the buffer mechanism comprises vortex springs welded to the four corners of the side, opposite to the mounting box, ofthe transport vehicle body. By arranging a conical end and a second piston plate, when a vibration amplitude is larger and the second piston plate makes contact with the second buffer cavity, the first piston plate can be matched, additional damping and shock absorption effects are achieved, and shock absorption and buffer effects of the device are effectively improved, and the PCB is effectivelyprotected.
本发明属于PCB板加工技术领域,尤其是一种精密机电PCB板加工用运输装置,针对传统的PCB板运输装置大多结构较为简单、对PCB板的保护处理较为一般的问题,现提出以下方案,包括运输车体,所述运输车体的底端外壁通过螺栓固定有固定框,且固定框的底端开有滑腔,所述滑腔的内壁滑动连接有安装盒,所述运输车体与安装盒的相对一侧安装有缓冲机构,且缓冲机构包括焊接于运输车体与安装盒相对一侧四角的涡旋弹簧。本发明通过设置的锥形端以及第二活塞板,当震动幅度越大至第二活塞板与第二缓冲腔相接触时,能够起到配合第一活塞板,起到额外的阻尼、减震效果,从而有效提高该装置的减震、缓冲效果,对PCB板起到有效的保护作用。
