The invention provides a parking lot unmanned management system and method. According to the parking lot unmanned management system and method, information input by a vehicle owner is obtained throughan intelligent service module, and semantic information expressed by the vehicle owner is analyzed; an event processing module judges whether the semantic information is query information or execution information; when the semantic information is query information, a result corresponding to the semantic information is queried from a knowledge base, and is fed back to the vehicle owner; and when the semantic information is execution information, an instruction corresponding to the semantic information is obtained from a mapping table, and the instruction is executed under control, and an execution result is fed back o the vehicle owner. With the According to the parking lot unmanned management system and method of the invention, the unmanned management of a parking lot is realized; property management cost is reduced; the number of personnel on duty in a sentry box originally can be reduced; the personnel are replaced by property management center watch and inspection; labor cost is greatly reduced; and the knowledge base is constructed; the knowledge quantity and response speed of the knowledge base are better than those of traditional property management personnel in the aspect of interactive questions and answers between the vehicle owner and the system; and user experience is improved.

    本发明提供了一种停车场无人管理系统及方法,通过智能服务模块获取车主输入的信息并解析出车主表达的语义信息,事件处理模块判断语义信息是查询信息或执行信息,当语义信息是查询信息时,从知识库中查询语义信息对应的结果并反馈车主,当语义信息是执行信息时,从映射表中获取与语义信息对应的指令并控制指令的执行,且向车主反馈执行结果。本发明实现了停车场的无人化管理,降低了物业成本,原有在岗亭值守的人员可以减少,以物业中心值守和巡检的方式替代,大幅降低人力成本;且通过构建知识库,在车主与系统的交互问答上,较传统物业人员知识量和响应速度更佳,增加了用户体验。
