The invention relates to the technical field of ship waste heat power generation, and discloses a ship waste heat-driving CO2 supercritical power generation coupled transcritical refrigeration cycle system comprising a supercritical carbon dioxide power generation system with CO2 as a circulating working fluid, and a carbon dioxide transcritical refrigeration system, wherein the supercritical carbon dioxide power generation system comprises a heat recovery device, an expander, a generator, a power generation cycle regenerator, a mixer I, a seawater desalination heat exchanger, a gas cooler, asplit valve I and a high pressure compressor; the carbon dioxide transcritical refrigeration system comprises a medium pressure compressor, the mixer I, the seawater desalination heat exchanger, the gas cooler, the split valve I, a subcooler, a sea water pump II, a refrigeration cycle regenerator, an expansion valve I, a gas-liquid separator, a split valve II, a high temperature evaporator, an expansion valve II, an evaporation condenser, a low pressure compressor and a mixer II. The invention effectively utilizes the thermal performance of carbon dioxide to have the coupling effect on the waste heat recovery working condition and the cooling working condition, so as to realize the combined design of the power generation function and the refrigeration function.
