The invention relates to a method for adaptively adjusting the regenerative braking intensity of a vehicle. The method at least comprises the following steps of: judging whether the currently adoptedregenerative braking intensity deviates from expectation of a driver or not based on measurement data, and generating a control signal for adjusting the regenerative braking intensity under the condition that the deviation is determined to exist; and outputting the control signal to a regenerative braking device such that the regenerative braking device changes the regenerative braking intensity in response to the control signal. Whether there is a deviation is determined by determining whether there is an occurrence of a marker event based on the measurement data including pedal operation data; the marker event including: a first marker event referring to one or more successive mild actuation actions of the accelerator pedal, and a second marker event referring to one or more successive mild actuation actions of the brake pedal. The invention further relates to a corresponding control device for adaptively adjusting the regenerative braking intensity of the vehicle and the corresponding vehicle. Regenerative braking control can be improved.
