The invention provides a lifting trolley for high-voltage circuit breaker testing. Manual adjustment is adopted by a first-level adjusting assembly, the adjusting assembly adopts a ladder-shaped leadscrew to conduct adjustment, a fixing ring is installed on a lead screw shaft, after position adjustment is finished, the fixing ring is locked, and then the ladder-shaped lead screw is tightly held.A lifting assembly adopts a shear type lifting structure, and therefore the space occupied by the lifting trolley can be greatly saved, and transportation is convenient. A second-level fine adjustingassembly adopts a double-nut anti-skid mode, and therefore the relative sliding movement of nuts and a threaded rod can be effectively avoided, and then lifting operation of the threaded rod can be effectively adjusted. A fixing assembly adopts a spring type threaded rod fixing mode, and therefore the connection between the lifting trolley and a testing platform can be firmer, and the change of the standards of a high-voltage circuit breaker and the testing platform in the testing process is avoided. After the lifting trolley and the circuit breaker are disconnected, a threaded rod can completely reset under the action of a spring.

    本发明提供一种高压断路器测试用升降小车,通过一级调节组件采用手动调节,调节组件采用梯形丝杠调节丝杠轴上安装有固定环,位置调整完毕后,锁紧固定环,进而抱紧梯形丝杆;升降组件采用剪式升降结构,可极大节省升降小车占用的空间,方便运输;二级微调组件采用双螺母防滑,可有效防止螺母与螺杆之间的相对滑移,进而可有效调节螺杆的升降;固定组件采用弹簧式螺杆固定,升降小车与测试平台间连接更加牢固,避免测试时高压断路器与测试平台之间基准的变化;升降小车与断路器断开连接后,螺杆在弹簧作用下可完全复位。
