The invention provides a motor energy management method of a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle in a low-temperature environment. After the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle key is powered on to the upper high voltage, when the VCU judges that the environment temperature is smaller than a low-temperature threshold value or the highest temperature of the single BMS battery cell is smaller than a battery cell working temperature threshold value, the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle enters a low-temperature environment energy management mode; the low-temperature environment energy management mode comprises a first energy management mode and a second energy management mode. The method has the beneficial effects that entering a low-temperature energy management mode is intelligently judged; when the output power ofthe power battery does not meet the basic operation condition of the motor, the FCU is started after the high-voltage accessory, the HVAC use power and the motor output power are limited, FCU starting failure caused by insufficient power is avoided, meanwhile, the power battery is ensured not to feed after the FCU is started, and the service life of the battery is effectively prolonged.

    本发明提供一种氢燃料电池汽车在低温环境下的电机能量管理方法,氢燃料电池汽车钥匙上电至上高压完成后,当VCU判断环境温度小于低温阈值或BMS电芯的单体最高温度小于电芯工作温度阈值时,氢燃料电池汽车进入低温环境能量管理模式;所述低温环境能量管理模式包括第一能量管理模式和第二能量管理模式。本发明的有益效果:智能判断进入低温能量管理模式,当动力电池输出功率不满足电机基本运行条件时,限制高压附件、HVAC使用功率、电机输出功率后启动FCU,避免因功率不足造成FCU启动失败,同时保证了FCU启动完成后,动力电池未发生馈电,有效延长电池使用寿命。
