The invention relates to the field of drop experiment devices, and specifically discloses a guide drop test system and method. The system comprises a falling frame and two hydraulic buffer devices arranged below the falling frame, guide ropes are arranged between the two hydraulic buffer devices and the falling frame; the system further comprises a guide steel frame, the two ends of the guide steel frame are arranged on the different guide ropes in a sleeving mode correspondingly. The guide steel frame moves up and down along the guide rope; a lifting device is arranged on the falling frame, the output end of the lifting device is connected with a primary releasing device, the primary releasing device is connected with a guide steel frame, a secondary releasing device is arranged at the bottom of the guide steel frame, and a falling target is arranged below the guide steel frame and located between the hydraulic buffering devices. The method has the advantages that the accurate loadingof the drop posture of the test product in the drop test is realized, and the problem of poor target-touching posture precision of the test product in the traditional height drop test is solved.

    本发明涉及跌落实验装置领域,具体公开了一种导向跌落试验系统及方法,包括跌落架、以及设置在跌落架下方的两个液压缓冲装置,所述两个液压缓冲装置与跌落架之间均设置有导向绳,还包括导向钢架,所述导向钢架的两端分别套设在不同的导向绳上,使导向钢架沿导向绳上下运动,所述跌落架上设置有提升装置,所述提升装置的输出端连接有一次释放装置,所述一次释放装置与导向钢架连接,所述导向钢架的底部设置有二次释放装置,导向钢架的下方且位于液压缓冲装置之间设置有跌落靶。本发明的优点是实现了跌落试验中试验产品跌落姿态的精确加载,解决了传统高度跌落试验中试验产品碰靶姿态精度较差的问题。
