The invention relates to the technical field of hydraulic pressure, in particular to a hydraulic control mechanism for an airplane hatch door. The hydraulic control mechanism aims to overcome the defect of complex operation in the prior art and is mainly realized by the following technical scheme: the hydraulic control mechanism for the airplane hatch door comprises a control component, wherein the control component comprises a controller, a motor, an electromagnetic brake and a hatch door drive, and the motor, the electromagnetic brake and the hatch door drive are all connected with the controller; and a hydraulic component which comprises a hydraulic pump, a safety valve, a plurality of one-way valves, a shuttle valve and an electromagnetic valve, wherein airplane inlet oil communicateswith a first input end of the shuttle valve, airplane oil supply further communicates with the safety valve and a second input end of the shuttle valve through the one-way valves, an output end of theshuttle valve communicates with the electromagnetic valve, and the electromagnetic valve communicates with the hatch door drive. According to the hydraulic control mechanism disclosed by the invention, the efficiency is improved, the stability and safety of the hatch door in the action process are improved, and the purposes of automatically controlling the hatch door and improving the system safety are achieved.

    本发明涉及液压技术领域,具体涉及一种飞机舱门液压控制机构,旨要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中的操作复杂的缺陷,主要是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种飞机舱门液压控制机构,包括:控制部件,所述控制部件包括控制器、电动机、电磁制动器和舱门驱动,电动机、电磁制动器、舱门驱动均与控制器连接;液压部件,液压部件包括液压泵、安全阀、多个单向阀、梭阀和电磁阀,飞机进油与梭阀第一输入端连通,飞机供油还通过单向阀与安全阀和梭阀的第二输入端连通,梭阀的输出端与电磁阀连通,电磁阀连通舱门驱动,该发明提高了效率并且提高了舱门动作过程中的平稳性与安全性,达到了舱门自动化控制并且提高系统安全性的目的。
