The invention discloses a gas collection device based on radio frequency ionization. The gas collection device comprises an operating cavity, a gas suction unit is arranged at one side of the cavity,a gas collection channel is arranged in the cavity, the gas collection channel is communicated with the gas suction unit, and a magnetic field unit and a radio frequency unit are also arranged in thegas collection channel. Gas is ionized to form plasmas through the radio frequency unit, meanwhile, the plasmas are collected by the gas collection channel under the effect of a magnetic field, and due to the fact that the ion sound velocity is much greater than the atmospheric sound velocity, the problem that gas collection is difficult due to overlarge shock waves can be effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种基于射频电离的气体收集装置,包括运行的腔体,所述腔体一侧设有吸气单元,所述腔体内部设有气体收集通道,所述气体收集通道与所述吸气单元相连通,所述气体收集通道上还设有磁场单元和射频单元。本申请通过射频单元使得气体电离形成等离子体,同时在磁场作用下被气体收集通道收集,由于离子声速远大于大气声速,可有效避免由于激波过大引起的气体收集困难的问题。
