The invention provides an oil cylinder anti-bend overpressure protective system, an oil cylinder overpressure protective method and a crane and relates to the field of the hydraulic technology. The oil cylinder anti-bend overpressure protective system comprises a plurality of horizontal oil cylinders, a multi-way valve, a decompression pipeline and a pressure cut-off valve; the multi-way valve isprovided with multiple oil ways; the multiple oil ways are connected with the horizontal oil cylinder in one-to-one correspondence; one end of the decompression pipeline is connected with the multiplehorizontal oil cylinders; the other end of the decompression pipeline is used for decompression; and the pressure cut-off valve is arranged on the decompression pipeline. Compared with the prior art,through additionally arranging the decompression pipeline and arranging the pressure cut-off valve on the decompression pipeline, the pressure cut-off valve selectively communicates or blocks the decompression pipeline according to the oil pressure size, so that decompression can be timely carried out when the horizontal oil cylinders are blocked to raise the oil pressure to prevent the horizontal oil cylinders from deviation or bending, so that the safety of the horizontal oil cylinders is improved, and the horizontal oil cylinders are effectively protected.

    本发明提供了一种油缸防弯过压保护系统、油缸过压保护方法和起重机,涉及液压技术领域,该油缸防弯过压保护系统包括多个水平油缸、多路阀、泄压管路和压力切断阀,多路阀具有多个油路,多个油路一一对应地与多个水平油缸连接,泄压管路的一端分别与多个水平油缸连接,泄压管路的另一端用于泄压,压力切断阀设置在泄压管路上。相较于现有技术,本发明提供的一种油缸防弯过压保护系统,通过额外设置泄压管路,并在泄压管路上设置压力切断阀,压力切断阀根据油压大小选择性地导通或者封堵泄压管路,使得水平油缸伸缩受阻导致油压升高时能够及时泄压,防止水平油缸偏移或者弯曲,提高了水平油缸的安全性,有效地保护了水平油缸。
