The invention discloses a charging parking space occupation judgment method, relates to the technical field of parking space management, and aims to acquire and analyze parking space images in real time and judge parking space occupation behaviors so as to carry out parking space occupation prompting and billing. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring and analyzing a parking space image in real time to obtain a parking space behavior analysis result; if the parking space behavior analysis result shows that the vehicle is driven in and parked stably, acquiring the license plate information of vehicle driving-in time; if the charging information is not acquired, sending occupation prompt information and uploading the vehicle driving-in time and the license plate information to serve as parking space occupation information; and acquiring vehicle departure time, uploading the vehicle departure time, and calculating occupation cost according to the parking space occupation information and the vehicle departure time. The invention further discloses electronic equipment and a computer storage medium.
