The invention provides a hydraulic lifter on-load descent method and a hydraulic lifter on-load movement method. The hydraulic lifter on-load descent method mainly comprises the steps that a main lifting oil cylinder descends to the bottom end of the stroke from the top end of the stroke, and then ascends to a near bottom position, a lower anchorage device is controlled at the near bottom positionto hold steel stranded wires, and an upper anchorage device releases the steel stranded wires; and the main lifting oil cylinder descends to the bottom end of the stroke from the near bottom position. The main lifting oil cylinder needs to overcome the gravity of a load to ascend when the main lifting oil cylinder ascends to the near bottom position from the bottom, and therefore the main liftingoil cylinder can be accurately located at the near bottom position. In this way, a hydraulic lifter smoothly enables the lower anchorage device to hold the steel stranded wires at the near bottom position, the upper anchorage device releases the steel stranded wires, then the main lifting oil cylinder can conduct no-load ascent together with the upper anchorage device, the cyclic motion is conducted, and the load is driven to descend. As a result, the problem that the hydraulic lifer cannot smoothly accomplish the switching of the upper anchorage device and the lower anchorage device and cannot smoothly conduct on-load descent only through the method control is solved.

    本发明提供了一种液压提升器带载下降及运动的方法,主要包括:将主升油缸从行程的顶端下降到底端,而后上升到一近底位置,并在所述近底位置控制下锚具咬合所述钢绞线,上锚具松开所述钢绞线;将所述主升油缸从所述近底位置下降到所述行程的底端。由于所述主升油缸从底部上升到近底位置时需要克服所述负载的重力上升,就使得所述主升油缸精准地定位在所述近底位置。如此一来,所述液压提升器就可以顺利的在近底位置使所述下锚具咬合所述钢绞线,所述上锚具松开所述钢绞线,进而使所述主升油缸连同所述上锚具一起空载上升,进行循环动作带动所述负载下降。这样就解决了液压提升器无法仅通过方法控制顺利地完成上下锚具的转换并顺利带载下降的问题。
