The invention discloses a control method of a vacuum power-assisted braking system. The control method comprises steps that the continuous running time of a vacuum pump is detected; whether the continuous operation time is greater than or equal to the threshold time or not is determined; if yes, a second threshold is reduced according to a preset rule. The control method is advantaged in that under the condition that no atmospheric pressure sensor is arranged or the atmospheric pressure sensor is damaged, a problem of continuous operation of a vacuum pump in areas with low atmospheric pressuresuch as high altitude can be solved only from the aspect of control strategies, other hardware or auxiliary facilities do not need to be added, and cost is reduced. The invention further discloses acontrol device of the vacuum power-assisted braking system, a non-temporary computer readable storage medium and a vehicle.
