The invention relates to the technical field of train safety monitoring, and the embodiment specifically discloses a system, a device and a method for anti-interference measurement of outline dimensions of a train wheel set. The measuring system realizes the automatic photographing and automatic detecting functions through the cooperation of a first triggering device, a second triggering device, atrain speed detection device, an inner laser, an outer laser, an inner shooting device, an outer shooting device and a control processing device. A multi-beam laser is used in the inner laser and/orthe outer laser so that the number of curves of the wheel tread is increased. The inner and outer curves can be easily distinguished by using different wave bands of lasers and camera filtering devices on the inside and outside of a steel rail. By eliminating the influence of stray lines with an interference curve culling algorithm, the calculation accuracy of relevant dimensions of the wheels isensured when laser lines are interfered and blocked by the components such as a sand pipe, which leads to the lack of tread curves or the reduction of data quantity; the adaptability to complex environments is improved; and a redundant design of the system is realized.
本发明涉及列车安全监控技术领域,实施例具体公开一种列车轮对外形尺寸的抗干扰测量系统、装置及方法。该测量系统通过第一触发装置、第二触发装置、车速检测装置、内侧激光器、外侧激光器、内侧拍摄装置、外侧拍摄装置和控制处理装置的配合实现了测量系统自动拍照自动检测的功能,通过外侧激光器和/或内侧激光器采用多光束激光器增加了车轮踏面的曲线数量,通过钢轨内外侧采用不同波段的激光器与相机过滤装置方便的区分出内外侧曲线,通过采用干扰曲线剔除算法剔除了杂线的影响,保证了当撒砂管等部件干扰遮挡激光线造成踏面曲线缺失或数据量减少时车轮相关尺寸的计算精度,提升了复杂环境的适应性,且实现了系统的冗余设计。
