The invention discloses an anti-corrosion structure of an air supply system for an air layer drag reduction ship. The anti-corrosion structure comprises a ventilation pipeline with an opening connected to a ship bottom plate, an opening/closing unit and a pressure stabilizing cavity. The opening/closing unit is arranged on the ventilation pipeline. The pressure stabilizing cavity is formed betweenthe ventilation pipeline and the ship bottom plate, the first end of the pressure stabilizing cavity communicates with an opening of the ventilation pipeline, and the second end of the pressure stabilizing cavity is fixedly connected with the ship bottom plate. And an air injection part corresponding to the pressure stabilizing cavity is arranged on the ship bottom plate and used for injecting air in the pressure stabilizing cavity. The pressure stabilizing cavity and the ventilation pipeline form air space when the opening/closing unit is in a closed state, and communication between the airspace and the interior of the ship body is blocked. When the air supply pipeline does not convey air, the opening/closing unit is closed, seawater is limited in the air space and cannot flow to otherplaces, and the seawater is prevented from corroding other places of the ship body.
