The invention discloses a road network traffic operation condition evaluation method based on a road section weight coefficient. The method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring data such as alength of each road section and a travel speed of each vehicle in a road network; S2, obtaining a road section traffic jam index according to average travel time and non-blocking driving time; S3, obtaining a weight coefficient of each road section in the road network according to the traffic flow and the non-blocking driving time; S4, obtaining a road network average congestion index by using a road section traffic congestion index and the road section weight coefficient; S5, obtaining an average non-blocking driving speed of the road network by utilizing the non-blocking driving speed of theroad section and the weight coefficient of the road section; and S6, according to the road network average non-blocking driving speed and the road network average congestion index, obtaining a road network average travel speed. According to the method, a weight size of a traffic operation condition of each road section in the whole road network is quantified, the traffic state of the current roadnetwork can be judged more scientifically and reasonably, and a traffic congestion condition of the current road network can be known conveniently.

    本发明公开了一种基于路段权重系数的路网交通运行状况评价方法,包括以下步骤:S1.获取路网中每个路段的长度、各个车辆的行程车速等数据;S2.根据平均行程时间与无阻滞行驶时间,得到路段交通拥堵指数;S3.根据交通流量与无阻滞行驶时间,得到路网中各路段的权重系数;S4.利用路段交通拥堵指数与路段权重系数,得到路网平均拥堵指数;S5.利用路段无阻滞行驶车速与路段权重系数,得到路网平均无阻滞行驶车速;S6.根据路网平均无阻滞行驶车速与路网平均拥堵指数,得到路网平均行程车速。本发明量化各个路段交通运行状况在整个路网中的权重大小,能更加科学合理地对当前路网交通状态进行判别,方便了解当前路网的交通拥堵情况。
