The invention provides a multistage energy absorption apparatus for a rail vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of passive safety of rail transit vehicles. The apparatus comprises an anti-creeping device and a cylindrical shell, and the back face of the anti-creeping device is fixedly connected with the front end of a push rod. A circular push plate is arranged at the rear end of the push rod, the rear end face of the circular push plate makes contact with the front end of an airbag, and the front end face of the circular push plate makes contact with a baffle arranged in the cylindrical shell; a conical blade is arranged on the inner side of the bottom of the cylindrical shell, a compression spring is arranged outside the conical blade, the tail end of the compression spring is fixed to the inner side of the bottom of the cylindrical shell, and the front end of the compression spring is fixed to the tail end of the airbag; and a flange plate is arranged in the middle of the push rod, and a closed space is formed between the flange plate in the cylindrical shell and the baffle and is provided with aluminum skimmings. The flange plate is in clearance fit with the cylindricalshell, and the push plate is in clearance fit with the cylindrical shell. Through holes in clearance fit with the push rod are formed in the centers of the front end plate of the cylindrical shell andthe baffle. The spring is in interference fit with the tail end of the conical blade. The airbag is located on the rear portion in the cylindrical shell.

    本发明提供了一种轨道车辆多级吸能装置,属于轨道交通车辆被动安全技术领域。包括防爬器和圆筒式外壳,防爬器的背面与推杆的前端固结。推杆的后端设有圆形推板,圆形推板的后端面与气囊的前端接触,前端面与设置在圆筒式外壳内部的挡板接触;圆筒式外壳的底部内侧设有锥刃,锥刃外设有压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧的尾端与圆筒式外壳的底部内侧固定,前端与气囊的尾端固定;推杆的中部设有法兰盘,圆筒式外壳内的法兰盘与挡板之间形成密闭空间且设有铝屑。所述法兰盘与圆筒式外壳间隙配合,推板与圆筒式外壳为间隙配合。所述圆筒式外壳的前端板与挡板的中心均设有与推杆间隙配合通孔。所述弹簧与锥刃尾端过盈配合。气囊位于圆筒式外壳内部后部。
