The invention discloses a catapult-assisted take-off and arresting landing impact load simulation device and method. The catapult-assisted take-off and arresting landing impact load simulation devicecomprises a catapult-assisted arresting impact waveform control unit, a servo control unit, a sensing unit, an impact load loading device and a hydraulic power unit. In the catapult-assisted take-offand arresting landing impact load simulation method, through waveform preprocessing, the test loading feasibility of a reference waveform in a hydraulic servo driving mode is realized, and through a waveform correction control method, the control precision is improved. The method is based on a hydraulic driving mode, the loading and control problems of damping sine waves and time history waveformsspecified in an impact test program VIII of an eighteenth part which is an impact test in a GJB 150.18 A-2009 military equipment laboratory environment test method are solved, and the repeatability is good, and the test efficiency is high.

    本发明公开了一种弹射起飞和拦阻着陆冲击载荷模拟装置及模拟方法,弹射起飞和拦阻着陆冲击载荷模拟装置包括弹射拦阻冲击波形控制单元、伺服控制单元、传感单元、冲击载荷加载装置和液压动力单元;弹射起飞和拦阻着陆冲击载荷模拟方法中,通过波形预处理,实现参考波形在液压伺服驱动方式下试验加载可行;通过波形修正控制方法,提高了控制精度。本发明基于液压驱动方式,解决了GJB 150.18A‑2009《军用装备实验室环境试验方法,第18部分:冲击试验》程序Ⅷ中所规定的阻尼正弦波和时间历程波形的加载和控制问题,能够大幅缩短位移同时又能精确模拟弹射拦阻冲击载荷,具有重复性好、试验效率高等特点。
