The invention discloses directly connected drive hoisting equipment of a tower crane. The equipment mainly includes a drum, a two-stage planetary gear reducer, a main motor, a base, a supporting disk,an electromagnetic brake, a heat dissipation device and an air pressure balance device; the main motor is fixed on the supporting disk and is directly connected to the reducer through a connecting shaft, the drum is supported on the supporting disk through bearings, and the supporting disk is processed to form multiple radial oil channels; the electromagnetic brake is arranged on the right side of the main motor; the heat dissipation device includes a small motor and a fan; and the air pressure balance device includes an oil pipe and an air-permeable plug composed of a gland, a filter net anda plug body. The main motor is directly connected to the reducer and is positioned and fixed through flanges, the electromagnetic brake arranged on the outer side of the main motor is used, at the same time, the heat dissipation device and the air pressure balancing device are arranged, so that the structure size is effectively reduced, the assembly positioning accuracy is improved, the assemblyprocess is simplified, and the failure rate is reduced; and the equipment is compact in structure, low in cost, easy to assemble, and reliable in use, and has wide practicality.

    本发明公开了一种塔式起重机直联驱动起升装置,主要包括卷筒、二级行星齿轮减速器、主电机、底座、支撑盘、电磁制动器、散热装置以及气压平衡装置。主电机固定在支撑盘上并通过连接轴直联减速器,卷筒通过轴承支承在支撑盘上,支撑盘上加工有多个径向油道;电磁制动器设置在主电机的右侧;散热装置包括小电机和风扇;气压平衡装置包括油管和由压盖、过滤网、塞体所组成的透气塞。主电机与减速器直接相联并通过法兰定位固定,采用设置在主电机外侧的电磁制动器,同时设置散热装置和气压平衡装置,有效减小结构尺寸,提高了装配定位精度,简化了装配工艺,降低故障率。其结构紧凑,成本低,装配简便,使用可靠,具有广泛的实用性。
