The invention discloses a wear-resistant elevator safety gear block. The wear-resistant elevator safety gear block comprises a gear block base body and a gear block surface layer, the gear block basebody material is steel; a plurality of circular grooves are uniformly distributed on the gear block surface layer; and the gear block surface layer comprises a first coating and a second coating. According to the wear-resistant elevator safety gear block, two times of powder preparation and agglomeration modification, two times of preheating and coating heat aftertreatment are in combination withthe structural improvement of the second coating, the obtained wear-resistant elevator safety gear block can provide excellent wear resistance and can also provide higher bonding strength at the sametime.

    本发明公开了一种耐磨电梯安全钳块,包括钳块基体和钳块表面层,钳块基体材料为钢;并且钳块表面层上均匀分布多个圆形凹槽;钳块表面层包括第一涂层和第二涂层。通过两次粉末制备和团聚改性以及两次预热和涂层热后处理,结合第二涂层的结构改进,所得到的耐磨电梯安全钳块既可以提供优异的耐磨性,同时又可以提供较高结合强度。
