The invention provides a device and a method for measuring vacuum expansion force of internal residual gas in a space air-inflated structure after packing, and belongs to the technical field of lossless recovery of manned aerospace crafts. According to the method, an air bag to be measured is mounted between a mounting plate and a capsule cabin according to an actual use state; then, the obtainedbody is put into a sealed cabin; the sealed cabin is placed in a vacuum tank; the vacuum tank is vacuumized; the pressure in the sealed cabin and the capsule cabin is reduced at a certain speed through an electromagnetic valve; the change conditions of the external environment and the pressure in a non-sealed cabin in the launching process are simulated respectively; and the acting force applied to the capsule cabin by the air bag in the pressure change process, namely the expansion force of the air bag, is measured through a tension sensor or a pressure sensor mounted between the mounting plate and the capsule cabin.

    本发明提供了空间充气结构包装后内部残存气体真空膨胀力测量装置及方法,属于载人航天飞行器无损回收技术领域。该方法将需要受测量的气囊按实际使用状态安装在安装板和囊舱之间,然后放置于一个密封舱内,将密封舱放置于真空罐中,真空罐抽至真空后,通过电磁阀将密封舱和囊舱内的压力按一定速率降低,分别模拟发射过程外界环境和非密封舱内压力的变化情况,通过安装在安装板和囊舱之间的拉力传感器或压力传感器测量压力变化过程气囊施加在囊舱上的作用力即为气囊的膨胀力。
