本发明公开了核电产品抗磨耐腐蚀表面处理系统,包括吊钩输送系统,所述的吊钩输送系统下方依次设置有抛丸清理室、镀锌池、冷却室、第一钝化池、烘干室、第二钝化池、风干室,所述的冷却室顶部相对两侧壁对称等间隔设置有若干根竖直的冷却水喷管,所述的冷却水喷管轴向设有若干雾化喷头,所述的烘干室侧壁上设置有加热管,顶部设有气封装置,所述的烘干室底部设置有吸风罩,所述的吸风罩通过抽风机与烘干室侧壁上排风管相连。本发明使用时通过电机控制挂杆及其底部的挂钩旋转,可实现对吊装挂钩上核电产品的旋转,核电产品处理的更均匀。本发明采用抽风机抽出的风作为烘干室顶部的气封,对烘干室进行气密封,从而快速实现烘干。

The wear-resistant corrosion-resistant surface treatment system for the nuclear powerproducts comprises a hook conveying system, wherein a shot blasting cleaning chamber, a galvanizing pool, a cooling chamber, a first passivation pool, a drying chamber, a second passivation pool and an air drying chamber are sequentially arranged below the hook conveying system; the two opposite side walls of the top of the cooling chamber are symmetrically provided with a plurality of vertical cooling water spray pipes at equal intervals; a plurality of atomizing sprayers are axially arranged on the cooling water spray pipes; and the side wall of the drying chamber is provided with a heatingpipe, the top of the drying chamber is provided with an air seal device, the bottom of the drying chamber is provided with an air suction cover, and the air suction cover is connected with an air exhaust pipe on the side wall of the drying chamber through an air exhaust fan. When the system is used, a motor controls a hanging rod and a hook at the bottom of the hanging rod to rotate, the nuclear power products on the hook can be rotated, and the nuclear power products are processed more uniformly. The air extracted by the exhaust fan is used as an air seal at the top of the drying chamber, andthe drying chamber is hermetically sealed, so that drying is rapidly realized.
