The invention discloses a rolling type back door structure which comprises a back door body. The back door body comprises a window frame assembly, a back door lower inner plate assembly and a back door lower outer plate. The window frame assembly comprises an integrated window frame composed of two side beams and an upper cross beam, window frame supports welded to the lower portions of the side beams, and hinges welded to the upper cross beam at intervals. The back door lower inner plate assembly comprises a windshield wiper reinforcing plate, an inner handle support and a lock reinforcing plate which are sequentially welded to the back door lower inner plate from top to bottom. The back door lower outer plate is welded on the back door lower inner plate. The structure of a traditional integrated back door is changed, the integrated back door is manufactured into a split structure with the small size, the structure is simple, the machining difficulty is lowered, the mold development cost is reduced, and the mold development period is shortened. Meanwhile, due to the fact that the window frame, the back door lower inner plate and the back door lower outer plate are of a split structure, the total weight of the back door is reduced by 20%-25%, durability is effectively improved, and meanwhile oil consumption is reduced to a certain degree.

    本发明公开了一种辊压式背门结构,包括背门本体,所述背门本体包括窗框总成,包括由两侧梁和一上横梁组成的一体式窗框、焊接在每个侧梁下部的窗框支架,和间隔焊接在上横梁上的铰链背门下内板总成包括由背门下内板和自上而下依次焊接在背门下内板上上的雨刷加强板、内拉手支架和锁加强板;以及焊接在背门下内板上的背门下外板。本发明改变了传统一体式背门的结构,将其制成尺寸较小的分体式结构,结构简单,不仅降低了加工难度,还降低了模具开发成本,缩短了模具开发周期。同时由于窗框、背门下内板和背门下外板为分体式结构,降低了背门的总重量(其总重量降低了20%~25%),有效提高了耐久性,同时在一定程度上降低了油耗。
