本发明所述的一种锌锅清渣装置,包括工位控制机构和抓取料斗机构。所述工位控制机构包括吊装导程槽、滑动槽和锁扣,锁扣的构件分别设置在吊装导程槽和滑动槽上;吊装导程槽套接在滑动槽外,相对滑动过程中,锁扣的构件控制吊装导程槽与滑动槽脱开或者锁合的状态。所述抓取料斗机构包括铰接轴、铰接轴连杆、料斗和料斗连杆。工位控制机构控制抓取料斗机构的两种工作状态的转换,在料斗打开和闭合过程中,实现抓取锌渣和卸载锌渣。在高温区域,原需要附加气缸或者液压缸控制抓取料斗机构,气缸或者液压缸为工作需要配置气源或者液压油,使设备复杂化,同时引发安全隐患;现利用机械结构实现整个工作过程,结构简单,高温区域应用时稳定可靠。

    The invention discloses a zinc pot slag removal device comprising a station control mechanism and a grabbing hopper mechanism. The station control mechanism comprises a hoisting lead groove, a slidinggroove and a lock catch. Components of the lock catch are arranged on the hoisting lead groove and the sliding groove correspondingly. The sliding groove is sleeved with the hoisting lead groove. Inthe relative sliding process, the components of the lock catch control the separation or locked state of the hoisting lead groove and the sliding groove. The grabbing hopper mechanism comprises a hinged shaft, a hinged shaft connecting rod, a hopper and a hopper connecting rod. The station control mechanism controls switching of two working states of the grabbing hopper mechanism. In the hopper opening and closing process, zinc slag is grabbed and unloaded. In a high temperature area, an air cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder needs to be added to control a grabbing hopper mechanism originally, an air source or hydraulic oil is arranged for work needs of the air cylinder or the hydraulic cylinder, equipment is complicated, and meanwhile potential safety hazards are caused. Now the whole working process is achieved with a mechanical structure, the structure is simple, and application is stable and reliable in the high temperature area.
