一种飞机刹车机轮汽缸座阻尼器,弹簧安装在气缸座的阻尼器安装孔的底表面。阀芯的下端装入阻尼器安装孔内,并使该阀芯与阻尼器安装孔之间滑动配合。在该阀芯上有3个不同直径的阻尼孔,通过调节螺母螺纹的旋入深度,使阀芯在汽缸座中上下移动,从而使相应的阻尼孔与汽缸座管路孔联通,实现调节阻尼的目的。阀芯的偏心凸轮体与汽缸座安装孔为间隙配合,使阻尼器安装孔与汽缸座管路保持相通,以避免阀芯内流体出现封闭。本发明避免了目前国内外广泛使用的不可拆卸式汽缸座阻尼器结构需要加工不同孔径的阻尼器和汽缸座,才能通过试验筛选出合适的阻尼器的缺点。从而实现了缩短研制周期延长、降低研制费用的目的。

    The invention relates to an aircraft brake wheel cylinder seat damper. A spring is installed on the bottom surface of a damper mounting hole of a cylinder seat. The lower end of a valve core is enclosed into the damper mounting hole, and the valve core is enabled to be in sliding fit with the damper mounting hole. Three damping holes with different diameters are formed in the valve core, by adjusting the screw-in depth of nuts and threads, the valve core is enabled to move up and down in the cylinder seat, so that the corresponding damping holes communicate with pipeline holes of the cylinderseat to achieve the purpose of adjusting damping. An eccentric cam body of the valve core is in clearance fit with a mounting hole of the cylinder seat to enable the damper mounting hole to communicate with the pipeline holes of the cylinder seat to prevent fluid in the valve core form sealing. According to the aircraft brake wheel cylinder seat damper, the defect that the suitable dampers can only be screened by experiments due to the face that the non-detachable cylinder seat damper structure which is widely used at home and abroad needs to process dampers and cylinder seats with different hole diameters is overcome. The purpose of shortening the development cycle and reducing the development costs is realized.
