The turnover device based on lead screw transmission comprises a support seat and a transmission mechanism which are sequentially arranged, wherein a side plate is arranged at the two sides of the support seat respectively, each side plate is correspondingly provided with a through hole, a roll shaft is arranged between the through holes, a gear is coaxially arranged at one side of the roll shaft, an L-shaped plate is connected to the roll shaft, the L-shaped plate comprises a first transversal plate connected with the roll shaft and a second transversal plate vertically connected to the first transversal plate, a slide way is arranged on the second transversal plate, the slide way comprises two slide rails which are arranged in parallel, and a slide groove is correspondingly arranged in the adjacent side surfaces of the slide rails respectively; and the transmission device comprises a motor and a lead screw, the lead screw is connected with a rack device, the rack device comprises a rack and a rack installation seat, the rack is arranged just below the gear, the rack is mutually engaged with the gear, the rack is installed on the rack installation seat, the rack installation seat is slidably installed on the support seat, the lead screw penetrates through the rack installation seat, and an internal thread matched with the lead screw is arranged on the rack installation seat.
