The invention discloses a battery box body connection device. The battery box body connection device comprises a lower shell, a core shaft, an upper shell, a sliding block and a spring. The lower shell can be connected to a battery box body. The core shaft is connected to the lower shell in a rotating mode and is provided with a clamping groove, and the top of the core shaft is conical. The upper shell can be connected to a car body, a through hole where the core shaft is inserted is formed in the upper shell, and a sliding block cavity communicated with the through hole is formed in the upper shell. The sliding block is located in the sliding block cavity and can be embedded into the clamping groove or separated from the clamping groove along with rotation of the core shaft. According to the spring, the sliding block can be pressed into the clamping groove and connected to the clamping groove in a clamped mode. According to the battery box body connection device, the battery box body is convenient and fast to disassemble and assemble. The invention further discloses an electric car with the battery box body connection device.
