The invention relates to a comprehensive heat source system applied to the fields of ships and ocean engineering. The comprehensive heat source system comprises a high-temperature subsystem and a low-temperature subsystem. The high-temperature subsystem comprises a plurality of exhaust gas boilers connected in parallel, an oil burning boiler, a plurality of high-temperature heat utilizing devices connected in parallel and a high-low-temperature heat exchanger. High temperature media circulate under power of high-temperature circulating pumps and supply heat to the high-temperature heat utilizing devices and the high-low-temperature heat exchanger. The high temperature media are steam or hot oil. The low-temperature subsystem comprises a plurality of fresh water heat exchangers and a plurality of low-temperature heat utilizing devices connected in parallel, wherein the fresh water heat exchangers are connected in parallel and connected with the high-temperature fresh water outlet ends of diesel engines respectively. The low-temperature heat utilizing devices connected in parallel are connected with the high-low-temperature heat exchanger in series. Low temperature media circulate under power of low-temperature circulating pumps, heat is further absorbed through the high-low-temperature heat exchanger after heat is absorbed through the fresh water heat exchangers, and finally heat is supplied to the low-temperature heat utilizing devices. The low temperature media are water.
