The invention discloses an intelligent traffic monitoring system self-adaptive to visibility. The system comprises a central control module, the central control module is in communication connection with an onsite traffic monitoring module through a 4G wireless network, the central control module is connected with a parking induction module and a regulation-violating alarm prompting module, and the parking induction module and the regulation-violating alarm prompting module are in communication connection with a short message alarm module of a vehicle owner. The central control module is connected with a remote control unit of a remote control center through the 4G wireless network, and the remote control unit is also connected with a display screen, an alarm and a remote command inputting device. The onsite traffic monitoring module comprises an image acquisition unit which is adaptive to change of the visibility of a monitoring field and acquires high-definition image data of onsite traffic and vehicles. According to the invention, monitoring self-adaptive to the visibility can be realized, real-time shunting is also realized, data transmission pressure of the system is mitigated, and the data transmission efficiency is improved.
