An apparatus for preventing a subway platform shield door from being electrified comprises an equal potential cable connecting contact disposed on a rail waist of a steel rail; the equal potential cable connecting contact is connected with a cathode of a high voltage diode via an equal potential cable; the equal potential cable connecting contact is simultaneously grounded; and the anode of the high voltage diode is connected with an equal potential connecting bolt of the shield door via another equal potential cable. The method is that: when the track potential rises and the current flows to the shield door from the track through the equal potential cable due to stray current and rail return current, reverse blocking current of the high voltage diode flows to the anode from the cathode due to the fact that the voltage of the cathode of the high voltage diode is higher than the voltage of the anode of the high voltage diode, so that the subway platform shield door is prevented from being electrified. The subway platform shield door is fundamentally prevented from being electrified, passengers are effectively prevented from electric shock, safety of the passengers getting on and off a train is ensured, sparking at gaps between shield door system self mechanical structures is prevented, and therefore the electric safety problem caused by the platform shield door is solved.
