The invention provides a rotating protecting device, which comprises a first casing, a second casing, an input shaft, a rotating gear, a first gear and a second gear, wherein the first casing and the second casing are in a circular disc shape, the first casing and the second casing are mutually connected for forming a hollow case; the input shaft is in a T shape and is provided with an input end and two gear installing ends in mirroring opposite arrangement; the input end passes through a first center hole of the first casing to be rotationally connected with the first casing; the two second rotating gears are respectively and rotationally connected with the two gear installing ends of the input shaft; the center of the first gear is provided with a third center hole; the center of the second gear is provided with an outwards and axially projected output shaft; the tooth surface of the first gear and the tooth surface of the second gear are in opposite arrangement; the first gear and the second gar are simultaneously engaged with the two rotating gears; the first gear is rotationally connected with the input shaft through the third enter hole; the output shaft of the second gear passes through the second center hole of the second casing to be rotationally connected with the second casing. The rotating protecting device can realize the overload protection on the torque transmission.
