The invention relates to a float ball type signal relay antenna which comprises a float assembly, a signal processing device and a housing. The float assembly comprises a float ball mechanism and an exhaust mechanism. The float ball mechanism comprises a main float balloon and balance balloons fixed to the periphery of the main float balloon in an annular array mode. The float assembly further comprises a balancer which comprises a connecting seat used for fixing the signal processing device. A plurality of exhaust pipelines are arranged on the connecting seat in an annular array mode. The balance balloons are connected to the exhaust pipelines through pressure relieving hoses. The connecting seat is further provided with a balance weight lever, and the signal processing device is fixed to the balance weight lever. The balancer further comprises a fixing seat used for fixing the float ball mechanism. The housing is connected to the exterior of the float assembly and the exterior of the signal processing device in a sleeving mode. The exhaust pipelines are opened in the wall face of the housing. The float assembly comprises a semi-opened shell. An opening of the shell is fixed to the bottom of the housing. An arc-face-shaped elastic plate is arranged in the housing. A plurality of supporting rods are arranged on the elastic plate.
