The invention discloses a supporting spherical hinge preventing horizontal moving of a torsion bar and a supporting spherical hinge device comprising the same. The supporting spherical hinge preventing horizontal moving of the torsion bar comprises an upper half cover, a lower half cover and a rubber sleeve arranged between the upper half cover and the lower half cover. The torsion bar penetrates through the rubber sleeve. A rotation arm is arranged at one end of the torsion bar. Connection bolts sequentially penetrate through the lower half cover and the upper half cover through and then are screwed into a car body frame. Grooves are formed in the inner circumferential surface of the rubber sleeve. The outer circumferential surface of the torsion bar is in contact with the grooves in the inner circumferential surface of the rubber sleeve. The supporting spherical hinge preventing horizontal moving of the torsion bar is obtained by improving an existing structure, and no extra component is needed; the purpose of preventing horizontal moving of the torsion bar can be achieved, manufacturing cost is lowered, and installation is facilitated.
