The invention discloses a fairing method for an asymmetric ship type and relates to the technical field of ships. The asymmetric ship type has an asymmetric stern, and the line style of a stern contour line is twisted. The fairing method comprises the following steps that firstly, an asymmetric ship body is divided to multiple areas; secondly, the line style of the area close to the stern contour line is faired through Pline, and the line style of other areas of the asymmetric ship is faired through quadrature interpolation; thirdly, the line styles of all areas are merged after fairing; fourthly, the overall ship Patch of the asymmetric ship is generated; fifthly, the overall ship Surface of the asymmetric ship is guided out.
