The invention discloses a clamp type self-equalization steep slope slow moving device, and relates to the technical field of a luggage case bracket. The clamp type self-equalization steep slope slow moving device is characterized in that a pull rod handle is arranged at the top ends of pull rods, the upper part of one end of a sliding device is connected with the other end of a braking handle, and the other end of the sliding device is arranged on the pull rods in a sleeved mode; the sliding device is connected to a central braking rope; a braking rope hole at a triangle vertex angle of a braking force equalization rod is connected with the central braking rope, and braking rope holes of two base angles are connected to two side wing braking ropes respectively; a braking clamp rotating shaft is connected to a clamp fixing frame, the clamp fixing frame is connected to a braking device installation base, and the braking device installation base is connected with the pull rods; the top part of a V-shaped supporting rod is connected to a supporting rod upper rotating shaft; the V-shaped bottom part of the V-shaped supporting rod is connected to a supporting rod lower rotating shaft; the middle part of a braking clamp is connected to the braking clamp rotating shaft, the part, which is located above the braking clamp rotating shaft, of the braking clamp is divided into two upper arms, and the part, which is located below the braking clamp rotating shaft, of the braking clamp is divided into two lower arms. The clamp type self-equalization steep slope slow moving device controls the speed of a pull rod vehicle when getting down a slope, thereby preventing a person from sliding along with the vehicle to result in stampede when getting down a steep slope.
