The invention discloses a subway train-ground communication detection method. The method comprises the following steps: a signal collection board (11) is connected with an induction coil (4) mounted between subway rails (4) through a plug (6); the signal collection board filters, shapes and magnifies collected signals and then outputs the signals to a single-chip microcomputer, the signals are analyzed through the single-chip microcomputer, two signals are obtained, corresponding sequence and amplitude of the two signals are obtained, and the single-chip microcomputer judges whether signal communication is successful and works out a communication success rate; an embedded CPU (12) of a detection body (1) adds timestamps onto output signals of the signal collection board, which are collected in real time, and stores the timestamps and station numbers and uplink and downlink marks into a storage unit (13); when a handheld portable detection instrument (2) performs data exchange with the detection body through Bluetooth modules (24 and 14), data at a certain time is sent to the portable detection instrument, and a display screen (25) can display the specific communication success rate and the voltage amplitude in the corresponding frequency.
