The invention relates to a seabed berth type deepwater oil and gas pipeline inspection system. The system comprises an underwater inspection device and an underwater communication charging fixed base station butted. The underwater inspection device comprises an inspection device body, wherein electronic cabins are symmetrically mounted in the middle part of the inspection device body, an underwater acoustic communication and positioning guiding device is mounted in each of the electronic cabins, bow thrusters are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bow part at the front end of the inspection device body, a butt joint and a light are mounted on the bow part, and bow vertical thrusters are further symmetrically mounted in the middle part of the bow part; stern main thrusters are symmetrically arranged on two sides of a stern part at the rear end of the inspection device body, and a stern vertical thruster located between the two stern main thrusters is arranged in the middle part of the stern part; the underwater communication charging fixed base station comprises a base station body which comprises a battery box and a butt box; an underwater acoustic communication device, a guiding indicator lamp and a butting device are mounted on the butt ox. Based on the underground fixed base station, the system needs not to be supported by a mother boat on the surface, so that the layering and recovering stations on the water surface are avoided, and therefore, the system cost is greatly lowered, and the operational efficiency and the safety are improved.
