The invention provides a damping valve, a winching system and engineering machinery. The damping valve comprises a main valve (60) of the damping valve and a first oil path, wherein the main valve (60) of the damping valve is provided with a first oil inlet (61) and a first oil outlet (63); the main valve (60) of the damping valve has a first working position and a second working position, wherein the first oil inlet (61) and the first oil outlet (63) are conducted on the first working position and are not conducted on the second working position; the first oil path is connected with the main valve (60) of the damping valve in parallel and is provided with a first damping structure (70). According to the technical scheme of the damping valve, the problems of unstable system or low system response speed of the winching system in the prior art can be solved.
