The invention relates to a simulating device for a side-by-side positioning system for multiple ships in a pool model test. The simulating device comprises a fender model and a connecting mooring rope model; the fender model is fixedly arranged at a broadside slot hole below a broadside waterline of a ship body through a flange plate; an auxiliary block is fixedly connected to the flange plate; a force transfer plate is embedded into a groove of the auxiliary block; a rope is connected between the auxiliary block and a collision plate; one end of each of long guide rods and one end of a short guide rod are fixedly connected to the collision plate; the other end of each of the second long guide rods is connected with a long spring, and the other end of the short guide rod is provided with a short spring, so that stress can be transferred to a pressure sensor in the flange plate through the force transfer plate. The connecting mooring rope model comprises a mooring rope guide hole and a mooring rope, wherein the mooring rope guide hole is formed in a position of an appointed coordinate of the ship body, the ships which are arranged side by side are connected by tying the mooring rope, and thus a connecting mooring rope system is formed. The simulating device disclosed by the invention can be widely applicable to measuring collision force of closely berthed objects in a relative movement process in real time in a pool model test process.
