An intelligent car shading device comprises one or more transmittance-adjustable sun visors, a mounting body and a circuit board. A battery, an intelligent motor driving circuit, an intelligent transmittance adjusting circuit and one or more photoelectric sensors are arranged on the circuit board. The photoelectric sensors are connected with the intelligent transmittance adjusting circuit. The intelligent transmittance adjusting circuit is connected with the sun visors. The intelligent motor driving circuit is connected with a motor overturning structure. The motor overturning structure can achieve overturning of the sun visors relative to the mounting body. The light-sensitive surfaces of the photoelectric sensors face the exterior of a car. The intelligent transmittance adjusting circuit controls the intelligent motor driving circuit according to ambient light signals monitored by the photoelectric sensors. The intelligent motor driving circuit achieves overturning of the sun visors relative to the mounting body through the motor overturning structure so that the transmittance of the sun visors can be adjusted. Accordingly, intelligent adjustment of the shading device is achieved.
