The invention discloses an artificial-neural-network-algorithm-based system capable of reducing overturns of vehicles. The system comprises a vehicle attitude obtaining system, an analyzing and processing system and an outer airbag device, wherein the vehicle attitude obtaining system comprises a three-axis gyroscope used for obtaining the overturn attitude of current vehicles in real time; the analyzing and processing system comprises an experience database for recording the overturn data of a plurality of vehicles after collision and tire burst, and is used for analyzing the vehicle body attitude and overturn acceleration which are obtained by the three-axis gyroscope in real time and generating a vehicle overturn target function in advance, taking history data in the database to train the target function so as to obtain a mature target function, introducing the vehicle body attitude and the overturn acceleration collected in real time into the mature target function, completing pre-judging of the vehicle overturn attitude, judging the vehicle landing position, and controlling the corresponding outer airbag device to start.
