The invention discloses a material formula of a fire balloon bag, and particularly relates to the material formula and a manufacturing method of the fire balloon bag. According to the technical scheme, the fire balloon bag comprises 20-30% of PEEK plastic raw materials, 30-40% of nylon, 15-20% of barrier and explosion-proof materials, 5-20% of titanium alloy films and 5-10% of flame retardants. The material formula of the fire balloon bag is characterized in that abrasion resistance is high, the flame retardant rate is high, texture is light, the barrier and explosion-proof materials and the PEEK plastic raw materials are used, density is high, the plastic raw materials are thermoplastic polymer materials, the melting point of the the plastic raw materials is 334 DEG C, and the fire balloon bag has high mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, impact resistance, flame retarding, acid and alkali resistance, hydrolysis resistance, abrasion resistance, fatigue resistance, radiation resistance and good electric performance. Particularly, the fire balloon bag is more resistant to abrasion by adding titanium alloy and is longer in service life, abrasion resistance of the titanium alloy is higher than that of pure titanium, and oxidation resistance is high. The fire balloon bag keeps strength and creep resistance under the temperature of 500-600 DEG C.
