The invention provides a novel bicycle handlebar. The novel bicycle handlebar comprises a transverse handlebar frame tube and two rotating units, the positions, close to the two ends, of the upper portion of the transverse handlebar frame tube are each provided with an opening, and the rotating units are located close to the two ends of the transverse handlebar frame tube respectively; each rotating unit comprises a round rotating block, a rotating shaft, a rotating holding rod, a connecting rod, a first magnet and a second magnet, each rotating shaft is located on the centerline of the corresponding round rotating block, the two ends of each rotating shaft penetrate through the front side face and the rear side face of the transverse handlebar frame tube and are rotatably connected with the transverse handlebar frame tube, one end of each rotating holding rod is fixed to the corresponding round rotating block, and the other end of each rotating holding rod extends away from the transverse handlebar frame tube; one end of each rotating shaft is provided with a connecting rod, the other end of each rotating shaft is provided with the corresponding first magnet, the second magnets are arranged on the transverse handlebar frame tube, and when each rotating holding rod is rotated to be perpendicular to the transverse handlebar frame tube, the corresponding first magnet can attract the corresponding second magnet. The novel bicycle handlebar has the advantages that the height of the handlebar can be automatically increased after the handlebar is turned over, people riding for a long time can change riding postures conveniently, and riding fatigue is relieved.
