The invention discloses an anti-climbing tower crane plate which comprises any section of steel frame (1) located at the lower part of a tower crane, wherein a circle of bottom plates (2) laminated on the inner wall of the steel frame are welded at the bottom of the steel frame (1), while a circle of baffle plates (3) are welded on the outer wall of the steel frame (1); a manhole (4) is formed in the middle of each bottom plate (2); a hinge (6) is welded on one side of the manhole (4); the other side of the hinge (6) is welded on a cover (5); the cover (5) is matched with the manhole (4) by the hinge (6); a lock (7) is welded on the side, opposite to the hinge (6), of the cover (5). The anti-climbing tower crane device is simple in structure and convenient to use, can effectively prevent the phenomenon of unauthorized tower crane climbing without affecting the original hoisting work, provides a guarantee for the safety of daily production, has low transformation and processing costs, and is suitable for the further promotion in this field.
