The invention provides a manufacturing technology of an anti-explosion fire balloon. The manufacturing technology is characterized by comprising the following steps that 1, a double-layered nylon fabric is used for making the fire balloon; 2, a double-layered anti-explosion film is arranged on the inner layer of the balloon; 3, the anti-explosion film adheres to the balloon through craft K-3184. The manufacturing technology of the anti-explosion fire balloon has the advantages that the double-layered anti-explosion film is arranged on the inner layer of the balloon, when the pressure in the ball exceeds a certain limitation, the anti-explosion film is firstly broken, so that the pressure in the ball is lowered, explosion is avoided, accidents are reduced, and personal safety is guaranteed.
