The invention discloses a construction precision control method for a cylinder pin hole type leg. The method comprises converting cylinder roundness measurement into plane and arc length measurement, setting up a reasonable pin hole perforation sequence, and determining that an initial pin hole is taken as single-segment cylinder pin hole perforation basis, and cylinder contour line and cylinder arc bisectrix are employed for determining pin hole positions at all layers layer by layer. Therefore, the method helps to improve single-layer pin hole levelness and same-arc pin hole straightness, and is simple and high in operability. When a leg cylinder is lengthened through jointing, a top-layer pin hole on the lower-segment leg cylinder is taken as a basis of a bottom-layer pin hole on the upper-segment cylinder (to-be jointed), so that all pin holes of the whole leg all possess unified sole locating basis, accumulated error generated by selection of different basis and repeated measurement on different segments of cylinders are avoided, all cylinders possess unified precision requirement and manufacture flow, standardized, systematized and unitized production is formed, and thus production efficiency is effectively improved and precision control level also is improved.
