The invention discloses an automobile handrail structure. The automobile handrail structure comprises a mounting base fixedly connected with a vehicle ceiling beam, wherein the mounting base is provided with a lining, the lining comprises an outer tube and an inner tube, a rubber layer is arranged between the inner tube and the outer tube by virtue of a vulcanizing process, and the inner tube, the outer tube and the rubber layer are combined into a whole; the outer tube of the lining and the mounting base are welded and fixed into a whole, and two ends of the lining are provided with handrails. The impulse load of pulling the handrails is reduced when passengers are under an emergency condition, the damage on handrail installation parts is effectively prevented, when the automobile handrails are pulled by the passengers, time of loading is obviously prolonged by the lining, the passengers feel more comfortable during a pulling process, and comfort is provided for the passengers.
