The invention provides a power control method, a power control device and a power system for a hybrid vehicle. The power control method comprises the following steps of acquiring a current charging power and a target charging power of a power battery in the vehicle and the current output power of an APU (Auxiliary Power Unit); determining a difference value between the target charging power and the current charging power, and determining a demanded power of the APU according to the sum of the difference value and the current output power; controlling the APU to output the power according to the demanded power. By adopting the technical scheme provided by the invention, the problems of complicated power calculation, higher error, influence on the performance of the power battery and the like in a power control scheme for the hybrid vehicle in related technologies can be solved, so that the calculation process of the demanded power of the APU is simplified, and the accuracy of the demanded power of the APU is improved; meanwhile, the calculation timeliness of the demanded power is improved.
