The invention relates to a two-way loading and fixing device for a floor beam, and particularly relates to an implementation device applied to floor beam two-way loading in an airplane structure fatigue test. The two-way loading and fixing device for the floor beam comprises loading levers, trough type clamps, a cushion plate and bolts, wherein the loading levers are a symmetric group. The lower end planes of the loading levers are arranged on the extensions of floor sliding rails, and the upper end planes of the loading levers bear a loading system; the trough type clamps are a group of symmetric I-shaped structures, the inner sides of the upper end planes of the trough type clamps are pressed on the upper surfaces of the lower end planes of the loading levers, and the inner sides of the lower end plates are located at the bottom of the extensions of the sliding rails and are fixed by the bolts, so that the loading lever is connected with the sliding rail and a floor frame. According to the two-way loading and fixing device for the floor beam provided by the invention, the transmission of the two-way load can be directly realized by floor rails and frame edges, the contact area with the sliding rail is large, and the load is uniform to transfer and is not limited by the space in a body cabin; meanwhile, the processing technology is simple, materials are less and the cost is low.
