The present disclosure relates to a method and system for external car washing by using arduino. The method for washing the car comprises: washing the car for removing any kind dirt or mud; brushing the moving car on the conveyor belt; and drying the washed car using the dryers, wherein the car is moved off from the conveyor belt after the wash. The entire process of the car washing is controlled by using arduino, wherein the car is detected by a proximity sensor on the conveyor belt. The proposed car washing system is completely automatic, user friendly and eco-friendly, wherein the system has many benefits compared to the conventional car washing system such as quality wash, less water usage, more reliable, required less manpower, time saving and can be installed almost anywhere in public places.
